Sinulog comes from the Cebuano adverb word "sulog" which means like-water current" which describes the one step forward and one step backward dance steps. Sinulog's main attraction is the colorful parade of floats and street dancing.
The picture above was taken during the novena at Basilica Minore del Santo Nino de Cebu. I haven't completed the 9-day novena but this will be my challenge for next year.
